Welcome!

As Certified Healing Foods Specialists, our mission is to revive the wisdom of our ancestors and inspire vibrant, sustainable lifestyles. We educate people about the facts of our modern diet, sourcing farm fresh goods from the region, and preparing them for optimal nutrition. We demystify the process of fermentation and teach how “living foods” play an important role in enhancing our diet and immunity. We also offer common-sense strategies for “green living” and detoxifying daily life, for our own health and that of the planet.

Additional services include nutritional counseling for small groups or individuals, workshops for creating homemade personal care products and remedies, budgeting for higher quality foods, and shopping guidance to sort through confusing product labeling.

We are proud to serve as chapter leaders for the Weston A. Price Foundation, connecting consumers to nutrient-dense food sources. For the past several years, we have also worked as buying club administrators and delivery services for traditional sustainable farms in the region.

The lifestyle practices and values we promote include:

• Nutrient-dense foods from regenerative agriculture

• Healthy fats, unprocessed dairy and cultured foods

• Pasture-raised livestock

• Collecting natural spring water

• Nourishing bone broths

• Prepared parenting

• Avoiding everyday toxins

• Truth in product labeling

• Healing arts

• Technology as servant

• Science as counselor

• Knowledge as guide
